Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouses, including our West Coast fulfillment partner (Jiufeng Overseas Warehouse) and, for select orders, Amazon fulfillment centers.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Depending on your location and inventory availability, orders may be shipped via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier is automatically selected to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.


Shipping Cost

FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment is registered with the carrier.


Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at: skyllcservice@hotmail.com

We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled, we may be unable to redirect the package.


P.O. Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii

We can ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii, but please note that delivery may take additional time due to carrier handoff and regional transit limitations.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
